Furst Asia was founded by Vicki Li. She has over 22 years of executive search and recruitment experience across the region. Prior to starting Furst Asia, Vicki was representing global search firms such as Heidrick & Struggles and Talent2. Vicki started her recruitment career at Michael Page in 2000. In this capacity, Vicki has established an outstanding track record of managing a diverse portfolio of senior candidates and placing them at renowned financial firms, listed companies and multi- and single- family offices across the Asia Pacific Region.
Successfully concluded searches include: Head of Corporate Finance, Head of Legal, Head of Strategy and CFO for Listed Companies and COOs and CIOs for Global Market, Hedge Funds & Private Equity firms.
In the past 8 years, Vicki has assisted large private family offices in their succession plans. These include Head of Investments, COO for Family Office Operations and Private PAs to senior Family Office Principals.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Native in Cantonese. Vicki’s experience in overall personality evaluations, understanding the family’s culture and the hiring managers personality add value and gained a tremendous respect and trust from different clients. In her words: “it’s my job to do the evaluation of the candidates, the client just need to feel if the chemistry is right with the candidates”.
