Senior Private Equity Investment Execution Team Leader

Our client, a non China focus Private Equity firm with an AUM of 400 million Euro is looking for a Senior Private Equity Investment Execution Team Leader.

Reporting to the Chairman

• Key responsibilities include deal structuring, execution, exit, talent recruiting & training for junior staff
• Execute primary fund investments in growth, buyout, distressed and special situations across North America, Europe and South East Asia
• Lead deal working team in project management, Oversee and conduct industry research including financial modelling and valuation
• Due diligence and modeling in private equity deals
• Establish and develop Private Funds operation in Asia and coordinating management activities in Hong Kong
• Conduct weekly update with management on investment trends, market size and competitive landscape
• Lead negotiation terms alongside with legal team
• Analyze and identify potential investment projects within attainable resources through strategic and tactical financial leadership
• Provide full financial reports, analysis, information and investment memos to Senior Management.

General Requirements

Successful candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of working experience, at least 7 years in a well‑established Private Equity firm.

• Relevant experience in banking or private equity
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics
• Excellent analytical skills
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills, able to communicate with Chairman and senior management
• Positive work attitude, able to multi‑task efficiently under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Able to train and mentor junior execution staff members
